FULL INTERNAL INSPECTION
Plumbing, heating, and electrics. walls, ceilings, floors, and floor coverings. Tiling, plastering, joinery and decoration. Kitchen and bathroom installation. Windows, doors, and glazing. Loft including insulation and roof structure.
FULL EXTERNAL INSPECTION
Brickwork, rendering, cladding, joinery, windows, and doors. Fascia, soffits, visual roof, and roof tiling check. Canopies, lean-to garages, and outbuildings. Screen walls, garden walls, fencing, gates, and railings. Drives, paths, edgings, turf, and landscapes. Visual drain and manhole check.
Additional drone checks at extra cost to check over roof and gutterings.
RE-INSPECTION (Additional cost)
After snags are complete;
We offer re-inspection to ensure defects reported have been corrected to a high standard ensuring no further damage has been caused during repairs.
We use the latest technology;
We offer a thermal imaging inspection. Our thermal imaging inspection allows us to ensure your windows and doors are free from cold air ingress, no heat loss, no insulation voids, thermal bridging issues, and ensuring your heating system is distributing consistent heat. All thermal images will be included in your report.

Our roof inspections are recorded using high-resolution video imagery and stills. Inspection areas include;

Dry verges or Mortar verges
FINAL WARRANTY INSPECTION (Additional cost)
We offer a final inspection prior to your build warranty expire date (check your build warranty policy as this may vary)
We recommend home inspection 7 days within the legal completion date.
